Cindy L. Dvorak, APN-C was born and raised in Morris County, NJ. She joined ID Care in 2008. She is a dual certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) and Adult Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

She earned Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Seton Hall University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She worked as a critical care nurse for several years while she earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing also from Seton Hall University. She holds wound care certification (WCC) through the National Alliance of Wound Care (NAWC) and is certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. She is a member of the medical staff at Saint Clare’s Hospital and Kindred Hospital-Morris County. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
